Terms of Use

1. The Service

Bankirr is a read-only, non-custodial tool that displays balances, DeFi lending positions, liquidity pool positions and yield across public blockchain addresses you add. Bankirr:

• Never requests, stores, or has access to your private keys or seed phrase.
• Cannot sign transactions, move funds, or take any custodial action on your behalf.
• Reads only publicly available on-chain data for the addresses you choose to track.

Blockchain data is sourced from third-party RPC providers and public networks. Balances, prices, health factors and yield figures may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to network conditions, provider outages, or indexing lag. Do not rely on the Service as the sole source of truth for time-sensitive decisions (for example, imminent liquidation risk).

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription, offered on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions purchased through the Service are auto-renewing unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Apple App Store (iOS)

• iOS subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's App Store terms.
• New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, payment for the subscription will be charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Website (Stripe or crypto)

• Subscriptions and one-time purchases made directly on bankirr.xyz are processed by Stripe (card payments) or via on-chain cryptocurrency payment, as offered at checkout.
• Pricing, billing cadence and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested directly from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), not from us — we are unable to issue refunds for App Store purchases. For purchases made directly on bankirr.xyz, contact us at the address below and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer it beyond what is permitted by applicable law, or use it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that displayed data will be accurate or current.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bankirr and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including decisions made based on data displayed by the Service. Because Bankirr is read-only and non-custodial, it never has the ability to move, hold, or lose your assets.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
